Easy Chicken Tagine in 15 Minutes – Moroccan Style

✨ Historical Background

Chicken Tagine with lemon and olives is a beloved staple of Moroccan home cooking. Rooted in Berber traditions, it was traditionally slow-cooked over coals in a conical clay pot. The use of preserved lemons and green olives reflects Morocco’s love of bold, layered flavors.

At EzKitch1n, we’ve reimagined this classic with a modern twist — ready in just 15 minutes, without losing any of its soul or flavor.
